1. Complete as many forms as necessary for the number of teams you wish to register. If you do not have a team, we will allocate a partner

2. If you do not form a team just complete section player 1,2.

3. it is a couples tournament with a separate ranking and prizes for  other teams. Format of Play: a scramble in which the teams consist of two players each. After each shot, the best of the two shots is selected and both players play from that spot, until the ball is holed. One team score is recorded.

5. Should your funds not have arrived in the dedicated bank account above on Monday morning July 19th at 10am you will be asked to pay your dues by credit card to the club.

6. Completed registration forms must be returned no later than July 15th.

7. Late cancellations post Friday 16th July at 1230 will not be reimbursed.
